Design and build a website&blog

Requirements: I need you to Design and develop / build a simple Real estate agent website. I am looking for a home page and 7-8 other pages including/such as FAQ, resources ,downloads, About me, Buyers, Sellers, search,testimonials,contact us etc in web2.0 or better design - compatible with all mobile devices. The site should be built in wordpress with a professional theme, custom header and logo. User interaction and simple navigation is a must - To get to any place - NOT more than 2 clicks. For increased interaction, I would like to use use more of pop-out videos on my site. The website should collect email id and their info for two purposes - TWO different opt-ins 1. subscribe to newsletter - preferably as part of common header. 2. to opt-in to request FREE downloads as well as request property information this should be on right side bar (widget or similar) - this will be linked to a auto-responder. The opt-ins should be part of the theme/widget(s) - so that they are automatically present on all pages and blog posts. Opt-in emails and other user input data should be validated real time le (for actual presence of id on the respective mail servers etc) Customers should be able to download report (that can be made available after getting their name , email address and phone number). The search page will be a plugin to search properties based on zip code etc. Properties should be addeded / deleted / modified dynamically - db driven. Pictures for properties should be on a nice easily navigable Gallery on the page. Testimonials will contain pictures,audio and video - so the template should accomodate spots for the media so that the formatting is NOT required on updates. Testimonials, Resources and FAQ are ever growing pages and should be designed with ease of update in mind and mySQL driven - NOT static. Addition into these and/or similar pages should be via a backend admin page. The back end page should be based on category and subcategory associated with the page that gets the info pulled on for. A quick search to the db should be enabled for the users based on specific fields as applicable to the page. The blog is a separate link which can/should share the same design. Comments for each post are shown on demand only (collapseable). The posts should list reverse chrono. Most of the post will contain videos/ audios. Navigation will be on the right with easy search, category and other options (as dropdowns) for blog posts. Clean graphics and professional design is a requirement through out the website. Prominent phone number display at multiple places on the site is required. Social media such as twitter, FB, LinkedIn etc should be integrated. Code generation tools cannot be used besides what comes with wordpress. Any additional software if required should be pre-approved.
