Online Bus Ticket + Hotel & Tour Package Reservation System Customer Front-End System : * 3 types of bookings, eg. Tickets, Hotel, Tour Package. * Multi-lingual Site ( English, Malay, Chinese) * Shopping Cart * Waiting List Feature if tickets are out-of-stock * Random Ref Code Generation for customers after ticket is booked. * 2 types of bookings : i) WITH Customer Registration (Get details like Name, Password, Membership Number, Address, ID Number, House/Office Phone, Mobile Phone Number. When next time they return, they just have to login to their account) ii) WITHOUT Registration (When next time they come back, they have to key in their Name, ID Number, Mobile Phone Number) The feature which lets the customer book ticket WITHOUT registration may ask for the following information from them will do : 1) Name 2) I/C or Passport Number 3) Date of Birth 4) Address * Ticket Seat-Chart Bookings (Eg. Customers can see actually where in the bus they sit (with a diagram), they just have to click on the seats to do bookings) * Allow customers to choose whether to “Purchase Insurance?”. * Customers can login to their individual account to make changes to their bookings. (Disable this module first at this moment) * Tickets low-stocks alert (Eg. Will send out an email to Admin (specified email address)) * No Double Bookings (after a Seat is booked, instantly that Seat is marked). After a particular ticket is booked, all the other Admins control panel will know. * Recurrent Bookings (Let customer book tickets at the same date & same time. Eg. Someone wish to book ticket every Friday, 10:30pm) Bill them in advance. * Contact Form for Support or Feedback * Points/ Loyalty Program (track customers bookings records & give them points, or after certain specified points, they get FREE tickets) * Ability to accept Online Credit Cards Transactions (Using 3rd party Credit Card Processor) (Credit card Processor API will be provided) * Transaction can be marked as PAID, PROCESSING, NOT PAID) * IP Logging * Flash Intro on banner Admin Back-End System : 3 types of Admins will be : 1) Super Admin 2) Employee Admin 3) Agents Admin Admin Back-End System : * Able to view & edit customer details (Super Admin, Employee Admin, Agents Admin) * Able to view bookings (Super Admin, Employee Admin, Agents Admin) * Security Alert to Main Admin (Super Admin) * Sales Report Display (Super Admin, Employee Admin) * Able to send out SMS & Email to customers upon confirmation of bookings, waiting list, journeys delay or any important announcements. (SMS Server API will be provided) (Super Admin, Employee Admin) * Recurrent Bookings Administration (Super Admin, Employee Admin) * Able to add, edit journeys, package or hotels. (Super Admin, Employee Admin) * Ability to maintain the website easily, Eg. Change top banner, news section, monthly promotion, announcement etc just like CMS system where website maintenance can be done easily. (Super Admin) Employee Admins, Agents Admins can also do tickets bookings on behalf of customers. For example if customers walk into the travel company & ask the Employee Admins or the Agents Admins to do bookings for them, Employee Admins or Agents Admins can do bookings for them. Customers also can be given loyalty points. Employee Admins can do unlimited bookings BUT Agents Admins can only do limited bookings depend on their prepaid amount of money. For example they prepaid MYR500, then the Super Admin will allocate them 20 tickets for sale. Agents Admins will only handle Bus Tickets Reservation, they will NOT handle Hotel & Tour Package Reservation. Agents Admins CANNOT see or edit all the other customers database in the system, they can only view or edit the customer details who ask him to do the booking. Hotel Reservation System * After customers booked their ticket, the system will ask the customers whether they also wanna book for hotel stays. If they select "Want", then it will direct them to make selection of hotels, days of stays, Check-In Date, Check-Out Date, Bed Types etc. (My customers will let me know the hotel details). * After they booked a hotel stay, the system will record all the booking details & forward to the admins for processing ( There is NO need to do real-time hotel reservation by linking to the hotel system). * User can also directly make hotel reservation by clicking the "HOTEL Reservation" tab on the top of the page without first making Bus Tickets Reservation. * After the admins review the hotel bookings details, they will get back to the customers by either EMAIL & SMS whether the rooms are available. If available, then customers will be informed to login to their shopping cart account to proceed with the payment. If NOT, then their bookings will be put under waiting list. * After everything is done, the system will auto send out a SMS to the customer mobile phone number. (Customers can select whether to "Send my booking details to my mobile phone") after they made the bookings. * This system must only allow 1 type of purchase, 1) Purchase WITH Registration. Package Reservation System * This system is for Tour Package Booking (It's also NO need real-time booking). It's similar to the hotel reservation system above. * Customers can choose where they want to travel by selecting various tabs at the top of the page, eg. Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore etc. Within each country, there will be places for them to choose for travel. For example in Malaysia case, they can choose to travel to Penang, Kuala Lumpur etc. (Tour packages details will also be provided) * After they add the bookings to their shopping cart, the system will record all the booking details & forward to the admins for processing. Then if the tour packages are available, admins will direct the customers to make payment using EMAIL & SMS. Customers will login to their shopping cart account to proceed with the payment. If NOT, then their bookings will be put under waiting list. * After everything is done, the system will auto send out a SMS to the customer mobile phone number. (Customers can select whether to "Send my booking details to my mobile phone") after they made the bookings. * This system must only allow 1 type of purchase, 1) Purchase WITH Registration.
