Build a Website || NEED DEVELOPERS

Need a team of developers (2-6) who could handle a website development projects. At least two developers need to have an IT Diploma from your country. (a proof/ diploma needs to be provided). Looking for developers only (no marketing, link building and etc. not needed). You need to be able to think from a new perspective. Properly coding skills are a must. Provide the following/answer the following: !!! important - please be ready to provide full answers - which language you know the best (sql, js, ruby, python, php, c#, c++, java) ? - what is your hourly rate ? - what is your working schedule ? - how complex you develop (e-commerce,apps)? - how many projects, depending on difficulty, you can handle at one time? - is it reasonable to build a website from scratch instead of WP, and other frameworks (explain in full)? - how do you double check if the code is written properly (methods, tools) ? - do you have a bug database? - do you do user testing? - how much do your charge for developing a custom WP website? - do you develop app ? If yes, how complex ? - do you develop e-commerce? If yes, than : - if you do ecommerce, how do you make sure the transactions are secured ? - how much do your charge for developing a custom website on CakePHP ? - do you do design. If not, how do you communicate with designers ? - do you know basics of SEO, not SEM ? - how do you charge, per project or hourly? what is your policy ? - how do you communicate with client ? - do you consider working full time ? NOTE: if your team is from India, than diploma must be from IIT or NIT.
