Build Online Math Training Quiz Website - Clone

Algebra Training Website I’m a part-time Algebra teacher and would like to help train students online. I’m looking to build a website that has similar quiz functionality as [login to view URL] and some design functionality as [login to view URL] but with the changes mentioned below. The information below looks detailed and complex however once you open both websites mentioned above, you’ll see how mine is a watered down version of theirs. The site will be kept simple and should have focus on the main features as highlighted below. Home Page 1. Contain a simple template design with a “school, training, colorful” theme similar to the one being replicated. 2. Images/logo will be added later and should have place holders. 3. Top links should consist of the ones below instead of the ones on the [login to view URL] site (Practice, Reports, Awards, State Standards, Membership): • Main Logo (Home) • Log In • Register • FAQ • Contact Us • Cart 4. Space for a center picture should be available to replace the current gif. 5. Pre-K to Algebra links are not necessary with the exception of Algebra I and room left for Algebra II 6. The remaining links such as State Standards and footer are not needed. Algebra I 1. When selecting the Algebra I image/link it should take you to a page similar to [login to view URL] where it gives you the ability to select which area of study you wish to review. There are 27 Units (links) that will be available in this section. A link to add all Units to the cart for purchase should be made available. 2. Upon selecting an individual Unit it should take you to a page similar to [login to view URL] which will allow the student to read about that particular unit and add it to the cart for purchase. Register “Checkout” of any Units purchased should be made through PayPal and will provide the user with a unique authorization code that will get emailed to their account that purchased via PayPal. They can then use that code to enter it into the Registration link. Upon successful entry of the purchase code, it should display the email address as the User ID for login and allow the user to create a password for future login. Reference: [login to view URL] Log In Page should contain a Forgot Password link which will email the user their password similar to [login to view URL] FAQ Page should be blank and will be populated at a later date. After a user has successfully Registered or Logged In they should see the available Unit(s) and can begin testing. The testing process should follow the structure of the following site [login to view URL] 1. Problems Remaining should be displayed. 2. Time Elapsed should resume if they logged off in the middle of testing. 3. Score should be displayed as well 4. The quiz will need to have an administrative menu for creation and assignment of the correct answer and insertion of images such as graphs and allow for multiple choice, multiple response, true/false, and free text. If the user answers the problem wrong it should display in the similar format as the [login to view URL] page which shows the Incorrect status, Review, Remember, Solve, and Got It section. 6. Got It should take you to the next question and if the student is correct it should display a quick Correct message and move onto the next question. 7. Once testing is complete it should provide a score, total time, all answer review, and allow the student to send a message to the “teacher”.
