Member site PHP backend(repost)

A PHP backend for a member site is required that has the following functions: 1. Allows people to sign up and subscribe to a website 1a) Transactions done via paypal 1b) Monthly auto-renewals 1c) Upon payment members accounts recieve instant access. 2. Members have access to a file download area. 2a) The files are sorted into administrated file areas/trees. 2b) The files are located on a remote server (apache/mysql/php installed), but must be secured and unaccessible to non-members. 2c) Downloads require tracking that shows (per user): i) Number of downloads ii) Total download amount (Megabytes) 3. Site administration performed via administrator panel (i.e. /[login to view URL]) 3a) Ability to add new files - not via upload, just linking to the file on the remote server. 3b) Ability to add members, ban members, delete members. 3c) Ability to view members data including the aforementioned tracking data. 3d) Ability to view number of [login to view URL] connecting to each account. Further notes of project: a. When downloading, the download location on the remote server must be masked as much as possible to avoid leech access. b. You will have full access to both servers, if required. c. The site template works in a way that all your work would be installed into iframes. You will recieve a complete copy of the site template. d. Security is important! e. The site consists of two servers: ServerA (http, website server) ServerB (file server) Requirements may change as project progresses. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform * PHP * MySQL * Apache Any web-technology you request or require will be made available.
