Interactive eShop & Community Portal

We are looking for a very competent and professional supplier to build an interactive bookings management web application for internet and mobile devices that can be accessed via mobile devices and PDAs. The successful candidate will need to own the solution from start to finish, which means the design of the look and feel, including logo, template, icons, colours etc (according to our objectives and suggestions), plus integrate the backend, test, issue resolution until sign-off. The centre piece of the application is a real-time bookings calendar with alerts and reminders. The application will need the main reception page page and a flash introduction which will be hosted until the application is ready to go live, a registration module, a bookings module, profile management, event management, a forum, and time-sensitive chat sessions that are accessible after payment. The application also needs a feedback and rating system, shop module and financials module that tracks bought sessions against used sessions. It also needs a booking history, staff management, directory listings, searches by catergory, names, locations etc. >>PLEASE NOTE: Further information will be provided on request. I am not looking for designers only, or technically strong people only. I need a mix of both. If you are one or the other, you are advised to perhaps subcontract the areas in which you are weak. The successful candidate should own the solution. We are looking for a one-stop shop. Please note that all bidders are required to state a price - these can be modified during the negotiation process, but we will not respond to bids without figures. We look forward to working with you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Open
