Implement [login to view URL] for Google scraping (PHP)

We have a PHP tool for scraping Google search results. Recently, we are hitting captchas frequently and, despite implementing the [url removed, login to view] (DbC) web service, we still hit problems (we have manually verified the captcha as being correct).
We need somebody to debug the Google captcha process and create a working prototype using the DbC service that mimics a browser.
