We have a MS Access DB (Office 2000). Within it there are three of many tables which have the following relationship. 1. Project table - list various projects in our inventory. 2. Trade Code Table - Provides a list (such as a drop down list) of trade codes so our data entry people can classify each project. 3. Trade Table - Grabs the project # from the project table and accociates it thier various trade codes from the trade code table. The DB contains a "project form" which shows all the fields for each project in the project table. We would like to include a "Trade Code subform" within the "project form" that will allow you to classify each project by trade code. The "Trade Subform" should display all possible trade codes (currently less than 15) and not just the selected ones. Next to each trade code, we must have a count of projects that have each trade code, along with percent of total. example of "trade code subform" display (2 line sample): [check box] Water and Sewer 35 projects - 26% [check box] Storm Drain 22 projects - 15% etc This is the first part of a larger project.
## Deliverables
A fully functional MS Access 2000 DB with these feature. We will provide the original three tables and "project form" to the successful bidder.
## Deadline information
Need to complete in a few days and move on to the larger phase. If you know Access and VB, this is just a few hours of work. We will provide the original three tables and "project form" to the successful bidder.
