OCR to read multiple graphic files

I need an ocx (preferably) or a dll with all source code that can do an OCR on multiple graphic files that includes but not limited to : gif , jpeg , tiff , bmp etc.. That can return a string or/and a filename (that we pass to the ocx/dll) containing the text that was on the graphic file. This will be used with Visual Basic 6,SP 5 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform the ocx/dll must be able to be run on all versions of Microsoft Windows starting at windows 98 and upto the latest release of the current windows OS.
