Help! I'm locked out of my php MySQL Script.

Help! I am locked out of a program that uses php and MySQL. I have a script that requires the admin to login via a login page using the username and password. This same program allows other users to login via username and password to control their accounts. I am locked out, no idea how... and no one else can login... I'm thinking something went awry in the script. I DO have access to the MySQL database and can make any changes, but my skill level can not allow me to find the problem. The program still seems to work, I have just lost access to the web based program. I need someone with a great rating who is known here to simply login, diagnose and fix the problem so my program and script is functional again. The person must know php and mysql inside and out. The script has worked flawlessly for the past three years.
