We need a project manager that will do all the things we want to do and don't have time too, this is a VERY interesting task, it involves hiring and managing other workers on various tasks + do some of them yourself. You should be online most of the day to really make sure every thing goes as it should go. In two works: I will give you a goal and you take care of what need to happen in between. You MUST: 1. Be online available most of the day. 2. Know fluent English write and talk. 3. Know to express himself and explain the hired workers the new jobs. 4. Be A FAST learner and understand things FAST. 5. Have basic html skills. 6. Have past experience in managing workers. 7. A guy that loves to learn new things and implement them fast. 8. A serious guy that would work for a WEEKLY payment of a round $75-$85 (250-300 per month) that would be calculated per hour (1.5$-2$) **for 8 hours per day** (and more if you can) using rac's system. (extra hours would be paid more) + fat bonuses for good performance and increased revenue. 9. Be ready for long term relations.
