Records/Document/Content/Knowledge/Customer Relationship Management

This bid amount is open to reasonable response. The higher your price the more will be expected from what you offer. Ideally you have already created a customer relationship management, content management, records management, document management, or knowledge management system (all are required, but I do not expect you to have done them all - one is OK). My preference is to see something working (please supply guest account login/passwd details if appropriate). I need a brief understanding of the IT architecture that underpins your system. Once I know what your system can do, I will give you the specifications I require so that you will be able to bid on a price to develop the system that I need. If you cannot provide username/passwd you could supply screenshots. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Documentation and explanations of how to use the software should ideally be briefly explained to the user where appropriate (in the pages themselves). No extensive documentation required, just memory guides on what to do, where to go, and how to use the system. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Should be able to work on a web browser and have the ability to operate through middleware on Windows based platforms. ## Deadline information I will start private bids for development with successful coders.
