Write some Software to fix the Magento Extension Problem

Our Magento Website has installed an extention called Fontis Australia,the extension does not show on front end on cart page, it works fine on Magento version 1.5.1.0 but since we upgrated it to 1.8 this extension doesn't work at all. Can someone please fix this problem for us? Thanks
