WordPress Webiste

I require a WordPress web-designer to recreate the first page (as a page, same theme, colours etc.) of an existing WordPress website which can be found at <[login to view URL]>. The new site will be on my domain <[login to view URL]> and on my hosting account so no additional purchases are necessary; the WordPress login details will be provided to the successful applicant. Normal pluggins (All In One SEO & Super-cache etc.) are to be installed and keyword details will be provided, although any advice on good keywords will be useful. This is a very easy and quick project for anyone who knows what they are doing and will be the first in several projects over the coming weeks; it is expected that these follow-on jobs will be given to the successful applicant. This job is for a work for hire agreement and I will expect all/any rights to be delivered to me in respect of this work as part of your bid. The idea is we're creating a whole load of one page 'clone' sites that have an identical look and feel to the audiomeditation site, so I just need a copy with the same theme, colours, layout etc. and I will at a later date amend with new content.
