Website Template Programming and Design

We need the expertise to help program and make changes to our website templates which we have purchased to replace our current site and create a new one.

All content will be provided and we will need two different sites programmed with 5-7 pages of content for both sites.

Each site will need to have a shopping cart for payments but we will be doing the credit card processing manually for now. The Answermed site will need a shopping card

to pay invoices only so will only need fields for amount being paid and account name/account number. The other only needs options for 4 services since only 4 services

will be offered. Again, we are doing the processing manually.

We will also need setup information which can be done both online and by both pdf and word downloads. There will be 3 separate setup forms which can be quite

deatailed. An example can be seen at [url removed, login to view] We would like the ability to make changes as needed. We will move the sites to any

reasonable priced hosting company you work with. We would like to have an ongoing relationship to make quick changes as needed at a reasonable price.

Templates were purchased on template monster. I will provide the template address to interested coders only.

Bids will include the following:

1. Prorgramming Website content as described with additional ideas on making our site to standout and look professional.

2. Set Up Forms as described

3. Installing site at a hosting company

4. Basic cart for payments

5. optimization for search engine

6. Simple On-Line News Letter we can write monthly

7. Facebook Account Setup with company info

8. CMS needed for both templates so that i can update and changes contents easily on everything of template.

Although im working with these templates as a starting point we really want both sites to be unique. And perhaps a photo of our staff would give that personal touch

for our call center. We are a 24 hour medical call center and work with physicians and hospitals.

The other site will be called dialing angels. we will be making companion calls to the elderly.
