I need to add electronic worksheets to vtiger, these are based on events and tickets.
The app needs to function just like the imanage application but a version for vtiger...
there will need to be some customization to vtiger as i need to capture photos,signitures and pull reports to show hours worked.
The mobile app must work when no signal is available.

Travel time (this will be calculated from the post code automatically)

Parts used (needs to be a list with quantities)
Need to be able to take and upload photos
If we can attach documents to the job this will help.
Need to capture customer Signature
Need to email a PDF version of the signed sheet to the customer
Need to report on hours spent and any overtime
We could add check boxes for completed jobs like….
Managers authorisation the job is completed and no further engineering action is required
