Upgrade of security log in for existing website. (.asp)

Base existing scripting is .asp classic an using MS access database This is a very quick project; first up showing knowledge, experience, will win this project See attached file for full details I require a login page for my secure website that whatever url is entered a screen will pop up asking for username and password. The screen page will check if the user exists, user has expired; user is active. If yes the page will load all the session variables from the staff table. The website needs the login page to also, make the user select _only one account/project_ to log into. I have 3 tables in a Microsoft database (see attached) When a user from the staff table logs in, they will asked to enter a Username (Username = UserEmail) and Password. When they enter the username and password a script will look into database and list the accounts and projects as shown below for the user to select a project to log into via the text link.
