Smart Meta-Search Generator

I am looking for a coder to develop a system that will be able to generate smart meta-searches in various search engines and sites. The technology used can be .net, Ajax, Ruby on rails, Perl CGI or anything else. The system will allow users to search in multiple sites, according to pre-designed searches done by the system admin. If, for instance, I am searching for "market players" in certain fields, I key in a key word, and perhaps a country name, the search query will yield multiple results pages by pre-defined syntax, including, possibly, "intitle:key_word (inurl:products OR inurl:product OR inurl:catalog OR inurl:company) +-report +-survey +-book +-books +-journal +-journals +-article +-articles +-pages" in Google, and "intitle: key_word (inurl:service OR inurl:services OR inurl:catalog) +-report +-survey +-book +-books +-journal +-journals +-article +-articles +-pages" " in Google, and "(" key_word" (" companies" OR "in country") (directory OR list)) " " in Google. The system admin will be able to pre-define meta-searches within the system in any search engine or directory, such as Google, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Compass directory, [login to view URL], and any other. Main categories may include Market Information, General Information, Company Information, Country Information, Product/Technology Information, Guides & Tools, and People Information. As an example, Market Information may include the following meta-searches: Big Players Finder, Market Share Finder, Distribution Channels Finder, Market Size Finder, Distributors Finder, Sales Forecast Finder, Market Players Finder, Sales Volume Finder, Market Research Reports Finder, Strategy Finder. The system should include a collapsible menu to make it easier to quickly maneuver from page to page, and a CMS, to allow the creation of new pages. ## Deliverables 1) All the interfaces, including the backend, will be run through a web browser. The system will be compliant with the following browsers: IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Mozilla. The interfaces will be designed in a professional clean manner. 2) All source code and all copyright will be owned by me (obviously, apart from any open-source software used within the project). The coder will hand over to me all the source code of the system, with documentation of all components of the software. The coder will have to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and will not be allowed to use any of the information or any of the code. 3) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
