Port Borland C++ Builder program to Visual Studio 2010 C++

The Source Code and Form Designing is Written in borland C++ builder are Attached. ATTACHMENT CONTAINS: [login to view URL] -> The BCB SOURCE [login to view URL] source code is written by me which monitors 2 folders - Input(SOURCE_FOLDER_PATH) and Output(DEST_FOLDER_PATH). The program checks the folder for each MONITOR_PERIOD, and If the Number Of files are more than "MOVE_FILE_FACTOR" in INPUT folder, it moves the files to OUTPUT Folder. The code is written by me, so I can eassily tell you if anything is not clear with the code. Form Design -> This Image will tell you what names are used to implement this EXE [login to view URL] -> A developed EXE settings.rar->[login to view URL] used by EXE, this file contains following 4 things as explained above: SOURCE_FOLDER_PATH = <C:\Sumit\Elance\Elance_Winner\FFF\Input\> DEST_FOLDER_PATH = <C:\Sumit\Elance\Elance_Winner\FFF\Output\> MONITOR_PERIOD = <12> MOVE_FILE_FACTOR = <5> Please note You only need to port this code to "VS2010". So, I don't this so it is a work more than an hour or two to a right candidate. You don't require any understanding about the code, but if anything is not clear. You can discuss with me.
