pdf forms data tool.

I need a standalone exe tool, that will allow me to load an existing completed PDF document of any version Additional some bonus payment will be provided for fast work and responses on RAC forum. The tool will have three options / tabs: Option #1) copy data from PDF to PDF or from PDF to CSV or CSV to PDF option: those are the documents that will be as forms I need to be able to exchange or export the data fields from one PDF document to another PDF document the fields so i dont have to retype them in new document, or CSV to PDF or PDF to CSV. I need to set what fields to copy from and to, i.e linking, mapping. so i will select current document, fields to copy and target document and fields and the program will copy data. I need this to work with any pdf to pdf (scanned or not) that has forms or data entered fields. An option to export import data from csv to pdf or from pdf to csv as well. the program needs to be user friendly, with warning messages when data is being modified Let me save or load the copy export or import profiles of what fields to copy to what fields, as I might have different or similiar settings or profiles for different PDF files. Let me open save different profiles PDF to PDF or CSV to PDF or PDF to CSV, I need to map the fields, as CSV might not have the same number or names of the fields. The ame applies to PDF to PDF. Let me save extraction or import pattern into profile files, let me have unlimited number of extraction or import profiles. Allow more than one target PDF (unlimited number of PDFs to select) to copy the data into from the source PDf/CSV. Allow to SAVE the data / import data from mutiple similiar PDF files or mutiple single PDF files loaded at different times into the same merged single CSV file. see deliverables section as below for more info ## Deliverables SEE ATTACHED FILE: AS AN EXAMPLE of fields in the attached files" "Last name of individual" this is one of the fields that I need to copy between different pdf files Option #2) create form from existing PDF option within the same utility: allow me to load any pdf file (even scanned), and let me put markers as red "X" next to each location where I want a form field in pdf to start. Each X is a form field to be added to the PDF document to be edited in any PDF tool, such as Adobe Acrobat. each X will have a consequnetive number. Let me edit the created forms PDF file to add or remove fields in the same and other applications. Let me set font type, and size for each field, and let me set default values for all for easier work. The tool is not automatically puts the forms, but I install a form field. There is software that allows to put a form field on top of PDF. So the difference is that the form field is instead of drawing and dragging the size, you set a marker X where you want to have the field started, and on top you set dimension and number of lines. Default values and preview button are all on top. The user will go through any document and will mark or put the fields on top of PDF. Then you can have a preview button to convert Xs to actual boxes, so the user can see if this is ok form. then you allow the new pdf to be created. You dont need to have PDF guess where to put a form. The idea to make a PDF tool that lets me make a form much faster. All the functions should be logical and geared towards an easy anf full forms creation. Let me set multiline or single line form field, automatically set the name of the field, but let me edit it. then let me press process and create a form file basically the idea is to make forms from pdf fast by marking locations where the fields should be of course i need to set default field size and if it is multiline or not, on the same menu screen in top menu bar. may be text size and font type basically be flexible here, this would be a great PDf utility for any PDF version PDF or PDf type (scanned or not) let me save a new PDF as PDF with forms, so the markers will be transefered into fields. Let me edit markers, remove them and so on, set or edit order of fields. if course let me insert a field in between fields if I need to you need to agree to be flexible to edit this utility so it would be usable. The saved form needs to open in any PDF reading application that allows forms to be opened and edited. 3) Option #3. Manual Filling in the forms data in forms PDF Load created or existing universal forms PDF into the application for filling the forms in the PDF, and save the new PDF with the forms data filled in. This is an option where I can start filling in the forms PDF manually. I need to be able to edit the created PDF forms document. This document should be universal and be opened by any PDF reading software. Let me lock / unlock the PDF from future filling in of forms data. OPTIONAL WORK / QUESTION: If possible (please let me know on this point only), let me set a calculation field type in addition to regular field type we will have in forms creation option #2, that will set the field to be a claculated field based on the other values in the same PDF. Similiar idea for creating invoices. The saved form needs to open in any PDf reading application that allows forms to be opened and edited. The calculated field should be still the calculated field in that application.
