Monetra Payment API - WP Custom CMS integration

We need developers who can make php pages from supplied the Monetra API and XML files accessible to our WP users. Go see -> [login to view URL] for documentation. We basically need a plugin that is accessible for the users. The sections and objectives that we need addressed are; 1. Admin section/ pages a. Allow the admin to do super user task of adding/ updating user accounts. b. Administration of devices attached to users accounts. c. Page is needed to view all users of the Monetra API. d. Graphical Reporting page is needed to view current users, transactions and devices. / Also a Google/ geo location map/ graph is need to show where users are located 2.
