import order details from xml web service via php/mysql

Our small ecommerce platform is handling orders via an external provider (SABRE). We already achieved to have a list of these orders via the list method. Now we need a PHP/MySQL based php script (class), that is able to fetch the details from the web service and import the complex xml data according to the structure to our MySQL database. We are able to supply our testing scripts including a php class for connecting and authenticating with the service and getting the order list. Although the external webservice is document not very well we are convinced the goal will be easy to achive for an php / xml / webservice professional, and the database scheme will be easy to define when xml data / order details are visible and can be analyzed. Creating a database scheme (one or more tables) and a new php class or additional function to our existing php class is up to you. Please use also an index table with an auto-increment primary key (+orderid +timestamp, that is also saved with every data within this dataset (so that we can update the details for orders later again, without loosing the existing data). At the end you should deliver the php class and the according mysql database scheme. Please use php 5.2x standard methods, or professional grade open source third party librarys in-script and do not rely on specific php configurations on the server. Request an php-info print from us if compatibility is questionable.
