I work for a MVNO and would like to integrate a range of APIs with our systems to improve our SMS offering. I require someone to develop a web service on HTTP or SOAP interface. This job is for the integration of 2 APIs. If implemented successfully and to time, there is scope for more in the near future (Q1/Q2 2015)
