My website at [url removed, login to view] does not display certain images correctly using internet explorer. I need to have the site function and look the same in all browsers including all versions of internet explorer, google chrome, firefox and safari.

The main issue is in the middle of the page where the logo should be on the scrolling bar. It doesn't show up in IE but it does in Chrome and Firefox. If there are any other inconsistencies I would like to clean those up as well.
