Custom TinyMCE Button Plugin - must work with BBPress

Need someone with advance wordpress plugin development skills. I have a custom TinyMCE Button Plugin I created but what I need is a little beyond my skills. It works in the wordpress admin but I also need it to show up and work on editing BBpress forums (not within the WP Admin but when editing the forums directly from the forum page) . I will provide you the code that I have already - it's very simple, just inserting a custom tag associated with 'a href'. I'm sure it's a simple fix but just beyond what I'm capable of. You will have to develop and test on your own dev site, all I have is a local wordpress install that I am working from. What I have is the following:

BBPress (with TinyMCE activated through the functions)

What you are to deliver is a fully functional, tested plugin that will display the button in the TinyMCE editor and insert the code while activated in BBPress.
