UBERCART THEMING FOR DRUPAL (NOT AN INSTALL PROJECT)

I have a Drupal 7 site. I recently installed ubercart and need someone to set up the store front for me. I need someone to place the products in grid view and customize the way they appear as well as replace add to cart buttons with my own images etc. Should be an easy project for the right person. Must be able to communicate through chat while doing this project and have great communication and be a fast worker. I need someone who understands that this is not an install job. I am sure to you this project is very simple and may only take a few hours but for someone like me who does not really know how to make a grid view in ubercart it is hard and confusing. Thank you
