I need a programmer who can integrate a custom epayment used in my country into oscommerce shopping cart.

this is extremely urgent. Please Do not bother if you have no experience in epayment integration into oscommerce shopping cart usually bundled with web hosting cpanel, the epayment is the one used in my country (nigeria). i have all the integration documentation and test site sample to make it a lot easier. lets start if you are up to this

Please note that the epayment option in question is Interswitch webpay (used in Nigeria). so please review before you show further interest.
