477382 Rotating Background - Basic Rebuild & Add Menu

I basically need a dropdown menu that is a custom size and style to fit my website. The main buttons must be images. I'll need to have png images to go as the main buttons so that I can keep the look of my site. The dropdown must fit in the space on the site and simply be an include so that I can change the menu in one place and it does it for the whole site. After the menu is added the header and buttons should look just as they do now. I have a site that we tried some stuff with a menu and it didn't work out. Another programmer try to do it but failed. Here is what I need. I have simplified the code and got rid of their elaborate dynamic WYSIWYG menu and complex css on all other pages but the homepage. For example see: [login to view URL] What I need is the homepage rebuilt with this exact structure from the link above. Obviously with the homepages content though. I would have done it myself as it is simple but I need someone who can add that rotating background image feature i have on my homepage to my new "cleaner code" homepage. This is the page that needs to be changed [login to view URL] VERY IMPORTANT: I need the background images to function exactly like they do now with the phrases and the buttons navigating. This page background need to flex with the page on all browsers. The design and structure and new dropdown must be compatible and look exactly the same on ALL browsers including ie7, ie8 and above, firefox, safari, google chrome. This is a small job and I do need it right away! Please do not bid if you don't know what you are doing. No beginners wanted! Thanks ;-)
