Video Search Engine

Hi I would like a Video Search Engine website which will allow users to search keywords and the site will display search results from Youtube and MetaCafe. You dont need to create the video site from scratch, simply adapt a ready made Video script such as [login to view URL] (or any others you would recommend) Other video search engines include [login to view URL] and www.purevideo.com. However, these sites have their own database of videos and only link to the videos hosted on other sites. I want this site to have the same theory as the Meta Search Engine - [login to view URL], they don't have their own database, they simply search the other search engine when the user searches Dogpile. For example, if a user was to search 'Funny Clips' on my site, it would then submit the same search on Youtube and MetaCafe and return the results on my site. The search results should show the Thumbnail image, description and Video Site is was obtained from. When the user clicks the video, i dont want it to link to the original site, instead i want the video to be embeded within my site. If you view on video on Youtube or MetaCafe, you can see the Embeded link - this should be used to embed the video. The video should be play and show the description, date added, user, tags/keywords, Video Site name and link to that video. I'd like to keep all the features of clip-share, such as leaving comments, adding favourites and creating accounts. However, the users shouldnt be able to upload their own videos. Overall this site should combine all the videos of YouTube and Metacafe into one, without actually hosting the videos. I'm not sure if this is all possible, i'm not experienced in this kind of search site. I am happy to change my specification if some parts are not possible to do.
