Oscommerce upgrade and website redesign

Oscommerce upgrade and website redesign. We are currently running a modified version of Oscommerce 2.2 MS2. Retain all existing functionality of the current Oscommerce package that is currently running on the website. Including any existing modules that have been configured and loaded. Header section- Search box in the header. Company logo in the upper left corner. (prefer flash logo) Also there should be a dynamic dropdown menu along the bottom portion of the header horizontally that will populate the main menu tabs from the database as well as populating any sub-menus from the database as well. We need to be able to choose what categories to display([login to view URL], Christmas,...) at any given time. The header section should also contain a image corresponding to the appropriate section that the customer is currently in and be color coded for that section. Each menu tab should have its own color code to correspond to the appropriate image. Footer section- Should include copyright info, a keyword section and advertisement section. All source code and final version of the project will be provided by the programmer upon completion of project. -installation of easy populate -allowing customers to buy without logging in. Adding Cron Job to our Froogle script for weekly submition. re-configuring email comfirmation to thank customer in proper way also at the buttom of the e mail recomend other product with discount coupon.
