Work on a specific email taskthe If we are to work together YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING working GUIDELINES: 1: COMMUNICATION - you need to communicate in good English regularly. If you take days to reply or don't respond to Skype or e-mail do not apply for this project. 2: EXPERIENCE - you must be able to prove that you have experience working on projects such as WordPress development etc. This would need to be proven on freelancer.com I`m looking for a freelancer to provide them with REGULAR WORK. I can provide a suitable applicant with $1000`s of work. Unfortunately, I have used other developers and freelancer and they cannot comply to my basic guidelines set out below. It is not acceptable to work on my project at the same time as you are working on other people's projects. I pay for you to work on my project not other people's! VERY IMPORTANT: something I really dislike and will not accept is... You do one task and then take too long to complete another task, and decide to work on your other CLIENTS projects in between. This is not acceptable for me - if this is the way you work do not apply for this project. PAYMENT DEAL; I pay on time, every time (THE SAME AS THE WORK IS COMPLETED TO SATISFACTOIN) and I can even add extra bonuses $$`S for work completed on time. I can appreciate that developers work on more than one project at a time and this is standard practice. I also know that customers such as myself can often have unrealistic demands of your time. I do understand that you need to work and except as much work as possible to make a living to provide for your family, it is the same for me. But you MUST agree on the following guidelines when working for me, obviously when working with other people you can do as you please. TRUSTWORTHY - unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of time wasters and developers and freelancer who will say anything to just get work. You must be able to complete the work in a timely manner please don't apply if you don't have the necessary skills or good English communication, as you will be unable to complete the tasks properly because of poor interpretation. (This has happened to us before) TIMELINE – If I offer you work and you're too busy WITH OTHER PROJECTS at the time, please inform me when you will be available to dedicate maybe one day or two days to my project. I need a clear timeline before we start. You will need to work on my project exclusively for the timeline agreed REGULAR UPDATES - I need to be contacted and informed of how the project is coming along. TASKS/JOBS - When I work with developers I take hours putting together a clear task list with screenshots, urls and instructions. I know that some tasks may need clearer interpretation, that is fine by me. What I really do not want is to be working one task at a time and dealing with it over Skype, it's very time-consuming and disruptive. Instead I want all tasks completing and then we work on the problems after all tasks are completed. I will supply login details etc before any job starts. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME!!! ... I need someone who can be given a clear task list and get on with it, and contact me if there is a problem and with regular updates.
