I am looking to have the below changes addressed immed. I am also looking for someone long term that can do changes and issue fixes to our vtiger system. Please respond if you have expert experience in vtiger.
- when i enable the portal for a user it sends them an email with their creds. The email is blank that it sends. I was changing the template up and it now only sends a blank email. I need it to send the default mail template to the user.
- When people email our support address vtiger automatically generates a ticket. I want this ticket auto assigned to the support team in vtiger so they all get an email with the ticket details. right now it assigns them to the admin.
-When people that are in our vtiger send an email to the support address it sends them a reply letting them know the ticket was created with the ticket id. When people that are no in the vtiger system send an email it creates the ticket but does not email them the ticket id. I would like it to email them the ticket ID as well and continue sending updates to them when the ticket is updated.
- when you comment on a trouble ticket from in vtiger and the ticket is related to a contact with portal access an email with a link to the portal and says check comments in the portal. I want it to also send the comment that was made on the ticket in that same email just like it does if the user does not have portal access.
