I own a Social Engine based website. At some point I installed a mod or made a change to the site that has caused it to become slow. It now takes 20 seconds to load. I need your help to reinstall Social Engine (the newest version) and port all my user and admin created content, along with some custom mods to a new install. You do not need to create anything, simple port the current content to a new install. None of the 3rd party plugins (suggestions etc) should move along with the install. I need to work with someone who is diligent and does an amazing job with a great attitude. I also need someone who is not greedy and who really takes time to think through how to do an amazing job.

I think that 100 $ is a maximum, as I do not re-sell my services, I am able to make my bid even lower. I will make FTP backup, install new version and copy back data. As well, it is possible to see what is the problem with loading before making any major changes - it is your decision.
