Add explicit request setting to Python urllib2

Python urllib can automatically issue GET and POST requests when [url removed, login to view]() is called. I need to be able to specify all 4 possible HTTP methods: GET, POST, PUT, DELETE This code should be an addition to already available code, which allows uploading files via urllib2 library. This code is found in: [url removed, login to view] What this code does is replace the [url removed, login to view] to correctly encode multi-part messages (for file upload). This project should also add the ability to explicitly specify the HTTP method (for each URL opened, not for the handler creation).
