The major upgrade will be an integration of Joomla based on a template that I will provide from [login to view URL] and which needs to be customized.? I'll have a presentation available with more details.?
The website should support various languages which can be selected by the user.
I will provide a more detailed task list to bidders. Please only bidders with a strong graphic background as well. Make sure to reference other successful projects that are similar to this one in your bid. Must show experience in Joomla.
Important: bidder must do proper project management. This includes: close communication with me and reporting on progress. Willingness to deliver a cutting edge website.
