MODIFICATION TO BOONEX DOLPHIN COMMUNITY SOFTWARE

My site is a community site aimed at creative writers. It uses the Boonex Dolphin community software so coders need to have experience of this. The site has received a number of modifications, one of which requires further work. ## Deliverables The part of the site that needs further modification is the site Arena which is where our members post their stories, poems and articles for peer comments and voting. It has been modified from the Poets Corner script which is one of the Dolphin mods available on the site. I have the source files for this. The author developed it further to include a rating system and a notification system, but has since moved onto other things. The script needs further modification as follows: 1. The notification system to alert members to comments on their postings does not work. The site has ALV smart communicator installed, (another Boonex mod) which I think was supposed to full fill this function, but it doesn’t work for the Arena. 2. Members should see their Arena postings in their Profiles. There is a block for this but it doesn’t work. Presumably uses RSS. This needs correcting. 3. A Cron needs installing to wipe submissions after 10 days.
