Strong Project Management Skills ? Ability to hand-code websites using HTML4/5, CSS ? Ability to program HTML Emails & Newsletters ? Strong Knowledge of Photoshop and Entire Adobe Creative Suite ? Basic knowledge of JQuery and PHP/MySQL (don't have to know how code application from scratch, but you should know how to modify/add and delete code) ?
