Webserver Stats Script Needed

I'd like a webstats script which displays information in a more simplistic style so non-technical people can understand it.

I'd like some kind of icon-driven Control Panel, similar to CPanel

It must be programmed in either PHP/Perl with (optionally) a MySQL backend ...

I'm happy for it to be based on a current open-source package like AWStats ... I don't want to re-invent the wheel - just the way it looks! :o)

I'm not sure exactly of the best way to "record" the stats, whether it's from data in the server logs, from a 1-pixel tracking graphic on webpages or a combination of both, so the winning coder will have to "educate" me ...

* Visitor Session Time

* Most Popular Paths Through Site

* Most Popular Entry/Exit Pages

* Unique Visitors Site-wide and on each page ...

* Number of Repeat Visitors (Site-wide and on each page)

* Buyers (comparison between download pages?)

* IP Locking to prevent Reload Hits

* Top Referring URLs

* Top Referring Keyword (used by SE or Directory)

* Comparison between figures (Site wide and per page in comparison with previous day, week, month, year in %)

* Reports (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) emailed or HTML-generated

* SE Keyword (or referring URL) which leads to a purchase (single report which shows where user who viewed the download page was referred by initially and whether the purchaser was a first time visitor or a repeat one/how often)
