This project should be like icq client - gateway. It's icq client using icq protocols or some script which can be fix on linux server and send message to any icq numbers throught web page. I would like to surfers could be send messages to them icq friends even don't have own icq uin.
Features:

- sending pager messages
- add to contact list throught web page
It should be possible to add icq numbers to contact list:
Visitors can add his own number to web page client uin
- multiple icq uin account
- multiple proxy server (uin log on)
- possible to read answer of incoming messages
- auto answer to each incoming messages
- each message sent by user get footer ("don't answer this message")
