extract data from screens of 2 windows applications

I want you to extract the data stored in the screens of 3 windows applications--
(1) GSA Website Submitter( http://**website**.**submitter**.**gsa**[url removed, login to view] )
(2) Magic Submitter(<[url removed, login to view]>)
Currently I have to look at the screen in each of the above 3 programs and manually list all the sites/categories/other info from each of the programs... I want you to create a simple program that extracts the data from these 3 programs(or their databases).
Note- Your program should work even after I update the above 3 programs to their latest versions (updates are issued typically once a week)...So your program should work for all versions (new/old) of the above 3 programs.
In your program I should be able to specify the path where the 3 programs are installed, then your program should show the extracted data on screen, and show option to store that data into either csv or excel files.
