Chat rooms with Instant message function

I've a dating site (PERL) and I need very powerfull chat system (PERL/MySQL) including server push real time chat session (I have my own dedicated server), multiple rooms to handle thousands of members, has to work with all browsers, low bandwidth, VERY VERY fast and VERY VERY secure. Nothing less. I need all the futures you can thing of: - Send Private Instand messages (AOL like) - Voice chat (private rooms only) - Webcam (private rooms only) - View profile - Ignore user - Chat preferences - emoticons, change collor, fonts and all the toys. The chat has to be HTML template driven. Public rooms (created by me) , user rooms (created by the users), Status, buddy info....I can't list them all here. In my Admin I've to control most of the futures (create rooms, disable words for using in the rooms, etc.) PLEASE, bid ONLY if you've done advance chat rooms before. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
