This project involves getting three weblinks for each of the roughly 3450 companies, that is total number of links is 3450*3.

Please bid if you can write a quick script to scrap this from an online website.

enter the company name in the "company name" box and select the "contains" button and hit enter.

Then, in the "filing type" box, enter 424, def 14a and 10-K respectively.

I need three links:

(1) first link is the 424 statements

(2) second link is the def 14a statements

(3) third link is the 10-K statements
