Site and Database Need Developed

I need an easy yet elegant site with database designed. The site will contain information on world banks. Visitors will have access to search for information on any bank around the world.

Users:

1. Users can view or search the database for information on banks.

2. Users can submit new banks and information into the database. (Admin needs to approve submissions)

Admin:

1. Add new banks and information

2. Approve / decline user submissions

Database information:

1. Bank name

2. Bank Address

3. Bank Telephone Number

4. Bank Fax Number

5. Bank Email Address

6. Bank Website URL

7. Additional section for service rates

7.1 Account opening fees

7.2 Transaction fees, etc.

7.3 Monthly account maintenance fees

8. Does the bank cater for offshore accounts? (Yes / No)
