PHP report script needs PDF output

I am looking for someone skilled in PDF creation with PHP. I have a PHP script that generates a report on insurance company statistics in HTML/CSS. I need someone to modify the script so it is capable of outputting a PDF version of the same report. Although the script is a bit complicated, you should be able to focus on the parts that handle HTML output. The PDF version of the report needs to look substantially like the HTML version viewable at: [login to view URL] It will be OK to use fixed width columns in the PDF. Note that there are multiple pages to the report. If any page of the report has too many columns to fit, an additional page will need to be created. I will provide FTP access to a development directory on the website and a copy of the PHP report to work on. You will need to modify the PHP so it sends a PDF file to the browser if pdf=1 is added to the query string. The person doing the work must be physically located in the United States and speak excellent English.
