wordpress small issues need fixing

Wordpress expert needed to reset url manually and guide me with other small issues. I tried to set the Home category as default page, but I have made a mistake by setting up the url to domain/home and it reports error 500. I have tried to hardcode in [login to view URL] but didnt work, than I corrected url in phpmyadmin, didnt work either the site still reports error. the site is www. i m e d n a .com so I need someone to help me fix it by guiding me how to do. Also I couldnt manage to set up the contact info map, contact form etc. so I would like you to do so via admin panel if possible if not by guiding me in cpanel. I also need the Home category to be the default main page and find out how to add downloadable document to the template. I look forward to hearing from you.
