wordpress script - open to bidding

We have bought a premium real-estate theme that has most of the features already [login to view URL] Below are the two customisations that need to be done. 1. Php script There will be a zip file dropped on the server that the site is hosted, which needs to be checked every 5 minutes and downloaded (if the file is new) and unzipped and updated on the site. There will be an xml file which will contain property details and property photos in a jpg . If the property exists on the wordpress site, the credentials needs to get updated, if not create a new property. Each property on wordpress should have a unique property id which will match with the id on the xml file. 2. Property alert Build a feature where the logged in user can sign up to receive an email when a new property is listed - the customer should be able to sign up and specify if they are looking for a rental property or a property to buy and the criteria e.g. - suburb, beds, bath, garage etc, similar to the home page search fields. Once they enter these details, they will receive an email with property details every time a property is listed that matches their requirement. They should be able to unsubscribe from this as well as the admin being able to unsubscribe them.
