363308 Property Investment Analysis

I'd like to develop a site that will analyze real estate investments. The web user would input the property information and the site would produce an online and pdf investment package. Web-users will have two access options; 1.) pay-per-use or 2.) Subscription service Instead of creating the shopping cart and payment gateway from scratch I would like to integrate it with an off the shelf solution. How it works: 1.) Users signs up 2.) Property Information is gathered 3.) Payment is made 4.) Report created and saved Programming language: The website must be programmed in PHP with a MySQL database. Account Management -Send Reports to Clients -Compare different properties -Access prior reports /data -Forgot password Feature -Edit Personal Information -Edit report information The report length will vary, but I would imagine it would be roughly 20 pages and consist of the follow; Title page, photo gallery, executive summary, detailed property description, additional photos, lease terms and conditions, financial analysis – including income statement and cash flow, financing, ratio analysis, terms, metric analysis, financial forecast, mortgage tables, sale profit analysis, compare multiple properties. The user will input all the data for each property. The script will prepare the report as described above. The website and report must include pie, linear and bar graphs based on the metrics the users would like to graph. The successful candidate will also be offered an on-going support contract. 3 valid references will be required and review of past projects/portfolio.
