PHP script to insert/import orders into a MySQL shopping cart

I need a PHP script to upload and insert into a PHP MySQL shopping cart database a txt file with new orders. The shopping cart is called JShop, but the insert is directly to the MySQL database.
4 tables to work with inside the db and the required fields to update are known and will be provided (name, price, shipping, SKU etc.)
The newly created order number would be incremental from the last order number.
Order status is set as New.
Convert list of some SKU numbers prior to insert (ie SKU: 1234 becomes 5678)
Order date would be date of insert.
Many of the fields would be empty.
Would also need a simple interface to run the script and handle the upload and db login etc.
