I need someone to create code that runs via cron jobs and uses the php Mailparse Functions to access email via IMAP. It will need to Access the inbox of an email account through IMAP and process the emails in the following ways:

The code will parse incoming emails and store the message body and the sender in relation mysql databases. All email will be less that 5 words long, the code will need to read the email and respond with another email with or without attachments and data that is retrieved from mysql database.
