I need a loader built

I am hoping there is a good C# programmer that will take this on I make cheats for Games and this project will be the connector for these dll's to be injected into a game .exe Here is what it needs to do: My customer sign's up on my website where they purchase a hack for battlefield, once they subscribe they can download the loader and login using there forum Credential's ( From my Vbulletin Website ) ...then a dropdown menu is made available to them for there game or games they subscribe too ( This will be defined by the user rank on the website) . the client then has an opportunity to tell the loader how many seconds they have until the loader injects the dll once they click on load button. from here the loader wait's the amount of time requested above...then loads the dll into the .exe and then the loader close so the client cannot see it. here is what needs to happen to be successful 1. the loader has to be connected using HWID ( Computer's hardware ID ) 2. it has to log when the user logged in and what game he loaded 3. it has to download the dll as hidden in the user pictures folder. 4. if the client attempts to reverse the loader it flags there account in the forum's ( this is done by adding a code, if the loader is targeted by another program it Flags' the account ) 5. A pm is sent to an ADMIN to alert that a user has target his/her Loader and tried to reverse it.
